As a result of an initiative proposed by the new Parent Council, the school held an open evening for parents/carers on the evening of 3rd March. A considerable number of pupils took part in activities within departments, which parents observed, or indeed in some instances, took part in. There was food and refreshments available free of charge in the school dining hall throughout the evening. Tea and coffee was sold by pupils in the “fair-trade” initiative, while Business Management pupils sold items to parents in the dining room.
