Samantha Carey of 1C has been shortlisted for her poster design for the Fringe Festival this summer. Samantha will be travelling to Edinburgh on 29 May along with other shortlisted artists and the winner will be revealed on that date. If Samantha wins, her art work will be printed onto Posters, postcards, tshirts and other promotional items for the Fringe.

Samantha and her family travelled to Edinburgh for the prize giving. Samantha won Highly Commended and won £75.00. There were only 7 pupils at the prize giving out of 3500 entries from over 350 schools, so she has done exceptionally well.
